We accept PayPal, debit cards and credit cards. Orders won’t be processed until payment has cleared. Echeck payments made through PayPal usually take about three to five business days to clear.
Orders are usually shipped within three to seven business days via US Postal Service from Orange, California (92869). A shipping notification will be sent to the email address provided. If a tracking number is available (larger items only, such as some full-sized laptop decals and most wall decals), it will be provided in the shipping notification email.
Transit time for shipments to US addresses is usually 3-5 business days, sometimes up to 7-10. International transit time is usually for 1-3 weeks, but can take up to 4-6 weeks if the package is delayed by Customs. These transit times are only estimates and a delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Once in a while the Postal Service loses or damages a package. If your order doesn’t arrive, please contact us!
Please make sure the mailing address you provide during checkout is correct and complete. We will ship to this address, not an address provided through PayPal. If your shipment is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, you may be required to repay the shipping fee. If the address provided was incorrect and your shipment is not returned to us, you may be required to pay for shipping again as well as a fee to replace the item. If you would like to upgrade your shipping or have any other specific shipping needs, please contact us before purchasing.
The Decal Lab will be closed in observance of all federal holidays (opm.gov/fedhol/). Shipments may take slightly longer if ordered during or before holiday closures.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Any import fees or taxes (Customs fees) levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Such fees are not covered by shipping & handling fees that we collect. We are not able to discount, alter, or reimburse Customs duties.
Refunds and Exchanges
If we made an error or there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will resolve the issue. We want all of our customers to be happy with their decals. If you aren’t happy with your order and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us and we would be glad to accept it. Shipping fees will not be refunded and because each decal is custom made after purchase, a return/replacement. If your decal is lost in transit, please contact us. If a decal is damaged during application/installation we may provide a replacement at a discounted rate. Returns and exchanges must be received within 90 days following the purchase date.

Wall decals stick best to smooth walls with fully-cured paint (allowed to dry for at least 2 weeks, 4 weeks for best results). Certain paints may not work well with wall decals (low-VOC, zero-VOC, VOC-free, “green”, or “washable” paints). Please order a sample decal to test if you are unsure if a wall decal will stick to your wall.
We may be able to handle requests for custom-designed decals. We have over 15 combined years of graphic design experience and may be able to provide design services. Any artwork submitted to us must be owned by the customer or be authorized by the copyright/trademark holder. Decals can be purchased at bulk or wholesale discounts.
